Chris Burdge is co-organizer of Social Media Camp, the largest annual Social Media event in Canada.
In March, 2013, Chris was honoured as 10 to Watch winners by Victoria’s top business publication, Douglas Magazine.
Since 1994 Chris has been leveraging Internet based communications to build brands for companies such as BMW, Royal Bank, and Nestle Purina, as well as BC based businesses like the Victoria International Airport, Island Savings and Oak Bay Marine Group. He has led the digital marketing practice at global agencies McCann Erikson, Publicis and Cove-Ito Japan.
Chris is deeply involved in the marketing community where he helps to inspire and share innovation. Chris speaks at universities and colleges and has been featured widely in the media including appearances on CBC Radio, CTV, CHEK News and Shaw TV.
