About the speaker:
Amanda Jennifer (AJ) teaches yoga from a healing perspective alleviating the effects of everyday life on the body, mind and spirit. She completed her hatha yoga teacher training at Feel Good Yoga and has gone on to teach where ever people want to do yoga including Breathe Athletic, Fringe Festival, UVic Law, and WordCamp 2013. AJ also blogs for Breathe Athletic and the Victoria Yoga Conference as well as teaches social media basics to yoga instructors.
